Alexander is Chair of 4DArbitration\u2019s International Investigations Practice and heads the firm\u2019s Asia-Pacific Office.<\/p>\n
Alexander has about a decade of experience acting as counsel in complex international arbitration matters, including annulment and enforcement proceedings, and specializes in investigations and evidence-gathering in complex international disputes and transactions. In his disputes practice he has successfully acted in dozens of multi-million and multi-billion US$ international commercial and investment arbitrations, including within a Band 1 Chambers, Tier 1 Legal 500, and GAR 100 ranked international law firm. He also maintains a transactional practice advising companies in diverse industries within the Asia-Pacific region, including on corporate and insurance matters.<\/p>\n
Alexander has acted as Director for a legal tech company applying AI and open-source intelligence techniques to complex legal and corporate matters. He was also Legal Counsel for one of the largest Dutch marine transport companies and has previously worked in the insurance and accounting industries. He therefore ensures that his advice always remains commercially sound and aligned to the client organization\u2019s broader goals.<\/p>\n
